Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and major cards. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Delivery & Returns
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Custom orders are non-refundable. Standard items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

All content on this website is owned by TrioCraft Brands Ltd or its licensors and protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.
Custom Design Rights
You receive a limited license to use approved custom designs for your intended purpose. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Product Quality
We guarantee craftsmanship. Minor color variations may occur due to screens or fabric lots.
